This policy explains what personal data AVANGARDI LLC keeps about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We process personal data under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
What we keep
- Your name, and your personal ID number (11 digits) or company ID number (9 digits).
- Your phone numbers, and your e-mail address if you give one.
- Delivery addresses you save.
- Your orders: what you ordered, drawings and sizes, photos or files you upload, notes, and the history of each order.
- Payments: amount, date, method and reference numbers. For a saved card we keep only the last four digits, never the full number or the security code.
- Your username and password. The password is stored encrypted; nobody at the company can read it.
- Technical data needed to run the site safely, such as your IP address, used to block repeated login attempts, and anonymous visit counts. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we keep it
- To make, deliver and hand over your orders, and to contact you about them.
- To take and check payments, and to issue receipts.
- To confirm who you are when you collect an order or link an account.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting records.
- To send you offers, only if you agreed to it. You can stop them at any time on your profile page.
Who sees it
- Our staff, only as far as their work needs it.
- Banks and payment providers, when you pay.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Your account: until you ask us to close it.
Your rights
- You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
- You can withdraw your consent to offers at any time.
- You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
