Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply to every order placed with AVANGARDI LLC: in our shop, by phone, or on this website. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is confirmed once it has been placed and the agreed payment or deposit has been received.
• Worktops are cut to the sizes, shape and cut-outs in the order. Please check the drawing and the sizes before you confirm; once production has started, an order can no longer be changed.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Georgian lari (₾) and are the prices shown when the order is placed.
• You can pay in the shop, by card, or by bank transfer to the accounts shown on your order page. A bank transfer counts once we have received it.

• If production is delayed, we will tell you as soon as we know.

Pickup and delivery

• Finished orders are collected from our office during working hours, shown at the bottom of every page.
• Please check your order when you collect it. Visible damage must be reported before you leave.

Cancellations and returns

• Items cut to your sizes are made for you and cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
